ERIE COUNTY POET LAUREATE FINAL READING
I am honored to be one of the four finalists for Poet Laureate. On Monday we will all be on the stage at the Erie County Blasco Memorial Library in the Hirt Auditorium at 7:30.
This has been a long time dream of mine. I believe I am uniquely qualified to be laureate and I have so much to contribute to the Erie County community. I want to continue bringing poetry to all ends of the county, and continue facilitating poetry workshops for youth through seniors. To help those who have been through intense traumatic events to pull from those painful memories and write them out of their soul. Much like taking out your garbage weekly.
I am so thankful to all the support my friends and family have shown all these years. The journey to be here at this point in my life has been amazing.
